Looking Ahead: VSAN’s New Strategic Plan

VSAN has a clear path forward—and it’s all about connection, collaboration, and impact.

Our 2026–2028 Strategic Plan sets out a shared vision for a more connected, age-friendly community where seniors are supported, heard, and able to stay engaged. At its heart, the plan is about bringing people together—service providers, community partners, and seniors themselves—to create meaningful, lasting change.

The plan focuses on three key priorities:

  • Building a strong foundation so VSAN can grow sustainably

  • Communicating and connecting to strengthen relationships and share knowledge

  • Growing community impact by expanding partnerships and influence

These priorities are rooted in VSAN’s core values—collaboration, inclusion, integrity, and empowerment—and in a shared commitment to amplifying seniors’ voices and improving quality of life across the community.

You’ll start to see this plan come to life through stronger communication tools, more opportunities to connect and collaborate, and new initiatives designed to address emerging needs and gaps in services.

We’re excited about what’s ahead—and about continuing this work together.
