Membership Table Meetings

VSAN’s Membership Table is a low-commitment, collaborative space for discussing current and emerging seniors’ issues.

You do not need a formal presentation or proposal to bring an idea forward. Some people share what they are seeing in their work or daily life. Others come to listen, learn, and stay connected.

What happens at a Membership Table meeting?

Meetings may include:

  • Updates from local organizations and partners

  • Discussion about issues affecting seniors

  • Identifying service gaps or emerging needs

  • Conversations about possible Action Teams or future community work

How Meetings Lead to Action

When a concern needs focused attention, an Action Team may form to explore the issue, bring partners together, and support practical next steps.

VSAN members can access past meeting notes and updates through the members-only page. This space helps members stay informed and catch up on discussions they may have missed.
